About Adam
Mr. Havens is an experienced trial lawyer focusing on personal injury litigation. He has extensive in-court trial experience, having tried numerous medical negligence cases to verdict over the last 18 years. Additionally, Mr. Havens has experience with litigation involving insurance claims, premises liability, wrongful death, and products liability.
Prior to joining Whiteford, Mr. Havens was a partner in a professional negligence defense firm in Lexington, Kentucky.
