About James

Mr. Smith focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, birth injury, nursing home negligence, and similar matters. He brings more than twenty years of experience in medical malpractice litigation, including extensive prior work representing healthcare professionals and institutions, which informs his approach to case evaluation, litigation strategy, and risk assessment.

Mr. Smith is also a registered nurse with fourteen years of critical care and intensive care unit experience. His clinical background informs his legal analysis by combining a detailed understanding of medical decision-making with an awareness of patient-care considerations.
