Aaron M. Oppegard, Of Counsel

A Kentucky trial lawyer, Mr. Oppegard focuses his practice on personal injury litigation. He handles a wide variety of cases including motor vehicle accidents, trucking, toxic environmental torts, products liability, and medical malpractice. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of Kentucky as well as the federal courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Prior to joining Whiteford, he was a staff attorney in the Fayette County Circuit Court and the Pulaski County Judicial Center.
