We’d like to take a moment to welcome you to the website for Peterson Law Office. Peterson Law Office is a new personal injury law firm now open in Lexington, Kentucky. Its founder, Justin Peterson, is not, however, new to practicing personal injury law. He has been practicing law for over 25 years and previously was a partner at another injury firm local to Lexington.

Prior to that, he represented several of the nation’s largest insurance companies, businesses, and trucking companies as a defense attorney. This gave him unique insights into how insurance companies and other major corporations like trucking companies run and evaluate accident claims. He now uses this insight to help injured victims and families seek peace of mind and begin the long process of recovering after an injury that was caused by negligence. Understanding the opposition gives him an edge many attorneys simply do not have.

At Peterson Law Office, it’s our goal to always be available to give aid to our clients whenever they need help. We’re here to guide them through the process of filing a legal claim– a process which is oftentimes quite complex. We have the experience and dedication to follow through with even the most complex personal injury claims and are committed to taking every case to trial if it becomes necessary to do so.

We understand that clients come to us during the times in their life when they are struggling most. A serious injury can cause struggles that may seem unsurmountable. We’re here to do whatever we can to alleviate those struggles and help an individual or family obtain justice for an accident or incident that shouldn’t have happened at all. Justice will not undo the event of the incident, but it may bring peace of mind and ease the recovery process.

Justin Peterson has experience in a wide variety of types of personal injury claims, including car accident, truck accident, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, work injury, and more. We encourage you to take a look at our practice areas page to see the different types of cases we are equipped to handle.

If you have any questions or have a potential claim, don’t hesitate to reach out to us today. We can evaluate your situation at no cost to you. We look forward to serving the Lexington community to the best of our abilities.
